What what impress me the most what is the courtesy and making sure that the T fit very well no matter how many times you had to scrape and this other and I feel really good and everything was wonderful

Quick and everything works out smoothly!
Amazing Doctors and hygienist!
Awesome service
Preferred Dental is the best for dental and orthodontic care! Their entire staff is amazing and always welcoming with friendly faces. My kids actually love when it’s time for a cleaning or checkups with their braces because of the atmosphere they create. They have a kids side and an adult side which is pretty cool too!
Laura was amazing i ammon love with the zooming!
Very clean and friendly. I had my first appointment for a routine cleaning. The staff here is great especially Erica.
If I could give a hundred stars I would. I was so nervous to have my cavity filled but Dr. Ana Brajak and George were amazing! She took the time to make me feel comfortable and talk me through everything, I didn’t feel a thing. Very professional and kind :)
Preferred Dental Practice is outstanding! Every dentist is wonderful and I would trust all of them with my children. The hygienists are so friendly and thorough, I have never gotten a better teeth cleaning anywhere! It is such a great experience every time I walk in the door or when I call the office. Their staff is top-notch and always welcomes me with a smile. If you're looking for a great dentist office, look no further.
Treatment plans are pointless. The process before getting a procedure done is that the dental practice sends over a treatment plan so that the insurance can confirm a patient covered benefits. I received a call today stating that I owe over $200 for a service I had in December. If the treatment plan was sent over, they should have known that my insurance wasn’t going to pay for the procedure. I was trying to use up my dental benefit by the end of the year to prevent a higher out of pocket in the future. So how did I get stuck with this expense. Maybe I wouldn’t gotten the procedure done if I know I had to pay more than my deductible. It’s not like I was in pain, I was just trying to stay on top of my dental health and save some money. Now I have to find another dentist because I don’t trust them. I can also remember having over a $250 credit for a service I CHARGED, and nobody called me to tell me that. I didn’t even know about it until I was checking out for another procedure. I’m giving them 2 star because my dentist was great. I just don’t like how someone failing to do their job and spending my money for me.
I have been a patient for approximately 25 years and can’t begin to express my frustration and disappointment in the professionals at this office. I was referred to a periodontist for evaluation after going to this office at least 3 times per year and was told I needed extensive treatment for 2 years with no alternatives offered. I called Preferred Dental to talk about the evaluation and speak to the dentist about it. For more than a month, I was given excuses (Dr. on vacation, hadn’t seen evaluation, hadn’t spoken to periodontist) and finally was told they had spoken and I would get a call back. 2 months later and multiple calls to office, still no contact. I suspect they were afraid they had missed an issue or were otherwise nervous to talk to me. I also suspect they proposed the most extensive plan because I had insurance and offered no alternatives. Just my opinions but no reasons to refuse to talk to a long term patient. Very poor communications and patient service.
