Not sure where to start. Maybe the fact that the technicians are overworked and underpaid (like working 58 hour weeks and only getting paid for 40) and getting no form of appreciation. Or how about the fact that the manager is completely inexperienced in the automotive industry yet performing critical work on people's vehicles (sometimes work they don't need)? The company lies to their employees and steals from them, you'll never hear anything unless you're doing something "wrong". DO NOT support this horrible business. If you wonder why you see new employees there on a pretty much predictable basis, it's because just about as soon as they start there they start looking for another job, or the company just fires and replaces whole crews because they aren't making profit. Pathetic. Oh yeah. They are also performing illegal A/C work because nobody employed at the shop has an A/C certification. Not that experience isn't more important than a piece of paper. But the manager has neither 🤣 I also see a few pictures of me taken by management being used on here. Unless I'm getting compensation for my image being used commercially, I recommend taking those down 😉

Taylor the manager of this store is incredibly sincere and thorough with her review of our Subaru. We were concerned about a random oil light going off. She checked our car twice for any warning lights and insured us our trip back home would be fine. Gave us advice to take a video of the oil light to report back to our precision tune in NC. THANKS AGAIN!

Always come here for whenever I’m in need of car assistance. Being stationed here, it’s always a nervous experience trying to find a new place that’s reliable and will make the money spent worth it. It’s always easy to talk with the employees here, they’re very nice and approachable. I appreciate Taylor for being able to assist me today in preparation for my road trip out of town for the holidays soon.

Second time visiting this business and each time was a distinct pleasure. The staff are pleasant, courteous, friendly and professional. Exceptionally knowledgeable regarding all aspects of auto repair. Special shout out to Christian and Taylor who perform their jobs with pride and expertise. Had an 8am appointment and got checked in by Sam. He fully explained what they would do as part of the inspection prior to completing any work. Called to check on the status and was told back brakes were good to go and what was needed for front. They could have told me anything - I'd have never known better. I truly appreciate the honesty, the short amount of time it took, and the reasonable cost for what they did. Plus Taylor's "question of the day" was an added bonus! Will definitely use them for future repairs!
