Absolutely amazing service, knowledge & response time. We have a rural property, our furnace quit Christmas Day, it was -38. We called 3 local HVAC companies left messages, Brent was the ONLY one to return our call, 10 minutes later. We were warm, had space heaters & a fire going, understood everyone was busy. Brent was in contact with us constantly, diagnosed , found parts and had it repaired 2 days later. Excellent service, nice man who is exceptional at his trade. We recently had Precision heat and cool come and install a furnace system complete with new ducts in our house. We had a boiler system that went down on us during the cold snap at end of Jan.
