Came in for a Rock Chip repair. My insurance gave me the run around. In short Precision fixed the chip in under 20min and the price was more than fair. They are my glass shop for life.

Came in with a rock chip and took the risk of trying to fill a pretty good size rock chip despite my 40% chance of it actually working. Olivia was very professional and empathetic when she delivered the news that I needed a whole new windshield. I was even more impressed with her when she said she would help me out a little with my high deductible. Highly recommend this place because they take great care of you.

I wanted to update my original 5 star review. I was super impressed with the service initially. After about a week (50 miles driving tops) our truck got an unrepairable crack what seemed like overnight. I reached out and didn't hear back for help. After three weeks the crack was the entire windshield. We took it in and the techs said SOL you have to buy a new windshield. The product didn't even last a month!!! I am so disappointed.
