Your tech, Luis, was exceptional. He was very professional, knowledgeable and well organized. He paid attention to every detail and explained everything he was going to do for our replacement. Once he had verified that everything was done to his satisfaction, told us what we needed to do to assure the windshield seal would be protected. He is a great representative for your company. Fantastic customer service and pride in a job well done. We needed a windshield replacement while on a trip in our motorhome. They worked with our insurance company to get the glass shipped and got us in quickly for the repair. The work was flawless and we were kept informed throughout the process. These guys are pros and super friendly. Better price and faster than the big glass place you prob hear the ads for. I went here after getting the run around from that big glass place. My quote was way better and the service fast, quality work, clean facility too. Will be back for sure!
These guys are absolutely amazing! The side windows on our motorhome had condensation between the panes of glass. Precision Auto Glass was the only shop I could find that would tackle this problem for us. Not only were they able to remove the windows, but they had new windows cut and made sure they were properly sealed to protect against moisture and road noise. The owners, Zach and Chris, are great to work with and want to make sure they do the job right the first time. I would recommend this glass shop over anyone else and will never take any of my vehicles anywhere else again. Thank you Precision Auto Glass!
