Brought my b&d hedge trimmer in today along with flymo leaf blower. Was not sure what was wrong with that on but they checked it and plug ok so was just the blower part was not on correctly so safety button was no on so did not work. The put it on correctly and all good. Small fix and no charge. Wow. Was very very impressed. Highly reccomend these guys
I had an issue with a tool I purchased with these guys. Dropped it in think it would be a few days before I’d get it back. Service guys looked at it straight away, “Ger” was very helpful

very decent company, I bought a tool box, it was damaged during delivery, I sent a photo with an appeal and send me the same new one, thanks for the decency, I will buy more because the prices are the lowest. Thanks

A massive thank you to the guys in the service department yesterday. I had a jammed chuck on my De Walt drill and they fixed it within minutes for me and didn’t charge me. What they didn’t know was I drove up from Wicklow to have it looked at and that made my day! Real customer service!
Ger is my go to guy for all my equipment. Nothing is a problem to get and is a wealth of knowledge
