As we have a labour intensive business we regularly come to Claire for group classes, we find her classes fantastic and it's also good for team bonding with the guys.

Amazing class, Claire is such a good teacher and makes you feel at ease. Being a beginner I was nervous but every step is clearly explained and I can already feel the benefits. Really enjoyed.
