Horrible experience the lady taking pictures was rude as heck, she hurt my kids during the pictures, she wouldn’t let my baby take a picture with me and my husband and her customer service was horrible! The only way i will go back is if she does not take my kids pictures! I do not know if i will go back, some pictures turned out good but no smiles, my daughter is crying in the pictures due to her being hurt by the lady!
Last minute 15 min before the appointment they canceled and said the city won't allow the studio in the parking lot, from the start i knew this was a scam why would you have people pay money to do photos before you knew if the city would allow it or not tried to get a refund and they won't do it they are trying to get me to go to a hotel for the photos on the weekend and that's when I am supposed to work. I have contacted all the nearby walmarts and have alerted them of this scam and showed them photos and a recorded phone call on my phone of them scamming me. Do not use this company I am speaking to a lawyer about this situation.
Me and my family had pictures scheduled and we paid while scheduling them a week before we took the pictures $25 for 5 pictures printed 25 times we thought it was a great deal. We go take the pictures. It was super super fast and the photographer was nice but kind of seemed off. He knew how to make our kids smile for the pictures which was good but it was super fast and really kind of sketchy. We go today to pick up our pictures and the guy is telling us that we only paid for the main picture. not the other four that we took he said for the other four pictures it would be $100 and for the four pictures printed in the small print it would be $200 and all of the pictures and the CD would be $550. This is absolutely ridiculous. Do not ever go to them, I went to the Walmart manager and tried to talk. They said that they won’t put them there anymore but they can’t do anything about the money. STAY AWAY
Great experience from beginning to end! The photographer brought out the best in our family of 5. We honestly were only expecting to buy a standard package but once we saw the pictures, we splurged for the best package and got a ton of prints on great canvas paper! This is a great idea for families because we got 5 different poses! The whole family, the kids, the father and son, the mother and girls and the husband and wife! The quality of the image is amazing as well as I keep telling my wife it almost looks 3D as it hangs up on the wall outlined in a beautiful white frame 🙂 You won't find a better deal.
They were at Walmart offering a package discount. The original price was $100 but would be $20 if paid the same day. So, I paid. I didn't put much thought into what the quality of the photos might be, but I expected them to be precise. They were not. The photographer was great. The quality of the photos wasn't even worth $20. I print better photos on my battery-operated instant print camera. Never again.
