We went in close to closing time and knew we only had a few minutes to look around. The manager (Jim) assisted us and took us through each and every spa model they had. He took his time and didn’t rush us. We purchased a very nice hot tub spa for what we feel was a really good price. Four days later they arrived at my home and removed the old hot tub and installed the new one (no charge) they made sure I was happy and were gone within 2 hours. We love the new spa and we will always do our purchases here in the future. Professional, cheerful, knowledgeable and friendly. That’s how we like to do business. Well Done!

Billy has been extremely helpful with all our spa and pool needs from opening to closing the pool plus the replacing of the liner quickly so my girls could enjoy the pool the rest of the summer. He is very respective, prompt and professional with great knowledge within pools and spas. Matt Brewington did an exceptional job repairing my hot tub pump. I had resolved to come into the store to order or purchase a new pump, but he took a look at it and repaired it for $22 (instead of a purchase of $500). He was very helpful, and he had no idea how much this was a help to me, because using our hot tub is part of my health regimen for medical treatment, and saving that money and getting that repaired saved time, money, and stress. Having been a loyal customer for years, my family bought a pool last month from Pool & Spa Depot and have had a great experience! The sales team did a nice job but the service from then on has been outstanding! Annie was wonderful when testing the water sample and spent quality time with my mom and helping with closing details. Travis also went above and beyond with helping us to understand the new filter with backwash as well as addressing our concerns with the ladder we had purchased.
