As for the store's equipment, there is a lot to choose from - cash registers, printers, scales, vacuum packers, sales software and others (I have listed roughly what we took). Indeed, they do not push the kit from the "favorite" manufacturer, but normally help to choose what can actually be useful.

We thought for a long time about choosing a company to implement ERP. We chose Polkas not because of their ability to implement fiscal systems (although they have considerable experience in this field), but because of their approach to solving specific problems related to non-standard document flow in our company. In the future, we will most likely integrate our XL with other applications, and they are apparently good at this as well. The price of ERP implementation is comparable to the competition, so we have no objections.

The implementation went very smoothly. First, we had to spend a lot of time answering specific questions, and then they gave us advice. The service is not bad - most problems can be solved right away over the phone and only to make major changes they prefer to be on site in person. After 5 months of commissioning the new system, it seems to meet our expectations. Keep it up!
