I first went to Melb St Podiatrist in 2019. My feet were examined and I was fitted for orthotics for Morton's Neuroma. I wasn't provided with much information on the condition, only that I required orthotics. The orthotics didn't help, in fact made it worse, and 2 years later I have had to undergo surgery on both feet to remove 2 large neuromas. The podiatrist never wanted to investigate further, getting imaging, doing exercises and also never followed up. It was a very simple "you need orthotics" and "goodbye". Please.... do yourself a favour, and go see a physio before seeing a podiatrist. A good physio will investigate further, get imaging done, send you to specialists and then follow up with consistent care. After researching my condition, I cannot believe this podiatrist didn't look after my feet more. (Edited after reply below: I have used a different surname here (not my married name - so yes, I'll be in your system somewhere). And yes, I definitely have the correct place )

I was concerned about a heel injury that i have had for a while. I booked into see Will and his fantastic team at Adelaide Podiatry Centres, where Will gave me thorough information about my injury and how to manage it through correct footwear, strapping and also stretches to assist with the healing process. Many years ago, i had a cortisone injection into the inflamed area in my heel. I have just finished a radial shockwave therapy at Will's clinic and i am amazed at how much the pain levels lowered, straight after having this. Will and his team provides a professional and friendly service and highly recommend anyone who has foot injuries to come and see Will and his team!

I ignored a niggling pain in my foot that eventually meant I couldn't run anymore. I decided to see Will and I wasn't disappointed. He quickly diagnosed the issue and provided me measures for relief on day one. He is friendly and knowledgeable and uses modern foot diagnostic tools. His staff are also very friendly and welcoming. His solution means I feel normal again. I have no hesitation recommending him and I wish I had seen him sooner.

William has been treating my feet for years now. I really love the professionalism he shows at all times, and his empathy and genuine care he shows. He has proven to be very knowledgeable, and gentle in his treatment. I really appreciate the way I can get a same day appointment when I need one. And he keeps his fees low so it is not such a financial burden. I would not go anywhere else. Thanks to William and his team.

After receiving positive recommendations from friends, I came to see Will regarding on-going shin problems. At the first visit, Will spent a lot of time to explain the reasons behind my shin splints, assess the situation and provided me with information to best manage my injuries. I was also fitted with orthotics and after several visits, my legs had recovered! Thank you for your professionalism, care and advice and for helping me get back on my feet! :)
