Pocono Resort & Conference Center - POCONO MOUNTAINS

Rooms were clean. Staff was friendly and responsive. They have Huge indoor pool which is super fun for kids. Definitely coming again! Bar was temporarily open.

Unfortunately this was not what we had hoped. We were very excited to be here, and the location and listed amenities seemed great - but the location didn't actually have them. No sauna, no hot tub, no free breakfast, no restaurant. They had a clean pool, and coin laundry only. I suspect COVID is the culprit, but the hotel seemed nearly abandoned and lacking nearly all the amenities listed on their site. To add, the building was incredibly musty and it was hard to breathe just walking into our room. However, the housekeeping staff was incredibly friendly and I don't blame the housekeeping for the mistakes of the owners. Do better!

Mona and Sheila made this hotel stay amazing! It’s not a 5 star hotel but these ladies customer service was Excellent! They need a pay increase! They need to be granted extra paid vacation days. People like them need to be appreciated and valued.

Stayed 3 days, booked on Booking com. When arrived at so called resort, front desk person was very rude. Booked a king room with spa tub, spa tube was filthy so never used it period. Online stated they had restaurant and breakfast which they didn't have either, no food options around either, only pizza delivery which wasn't worth the price. Sink in my room didn't drain, hole in the wall, and spider in the bathtub. This place is nothing like described online and not worth the 467.94 paid to stay for 3 days. Maintenance had to physically open door to let me into room, key card not working in entire hotel. Broken windows and no amenities whatsoever. Oh and electrical outlets didn't work in the bathroom as well. Complete bust of a resort/conference center... Bookings wouldn't let me cancel without keeping half my money... Crazy. Don't stay here period, u will not be happy

The place did not look any thing like in their pictures. Thought the pool had just responded according to their sign out by the road it did not look very clean. The room we found blood spatters on the dust ruffle and fecal matter on the wall. The whole hotel smelled like something awful then they tried to cover up with some fruitloop smelling stuff. There about a half and hour and went asked for a refund. Also it did not look like they would be offering continental breakfast as advertised on line as well. There was a pipe leaking in the dark hallway that they had a huge garbage can under. The gas room had to games that worked and the rest shut off and some claw machines with barley anything in them There was also clutter of chairs and other miscellaneous items everywhere and tucked in corners. Only thing nice was gentleman who checked me in and out. But after checking out told me I paid too much for the room. Bottom line I do not recommend staying here.

I was very happy with the service. They were polite and attentive to all of our needs. The hotel was clean. It is not the four seasons but not a total dive either. It appears they are trying to improve. Their pool is one of the best I have seen in this area. And, heated! It was like a huge jacuzzi. Beds, a little on the stiff side. Bedding was clean. Furniture was worn but fine. Game center was a little broken but we did just come out of a pandemic. Our children and friends were happy with our decision to stay here. Children loved the pool.
