Absolutely no online customer service. Took 2 weeks to ship. Not one reply. Now my order is lost and insurance won't even recoup my money. Doesn't answer the phone, email or web messenger. I stepped out of my norm and this is the result. I hate to bash a company but customer service is critical to business and I feel like I got took all around. I won't ever reccomend this as a online retailer.
