Bad work and if you blame them they are violent and rude

Disastrous experience, the gentlemen who were in the jewelry store were super rude and violent. The treatment is lousy and they have not been able to properly fix what I have brought them. Never come!

Poor attention, very bad professionals.

This place is to avoid at all cost. I brought there a silver bracelet that needed to be repaired. First, clearly they don't have the skills to do it, and they should have told me beforehand. They "fixed" the bracelet by melting the silver, but the worst part is that they removed all the color from the bracelet (it was silver color with some black inserts). They returned the bracelet like nothing happened?? Like if it was normal. Obviously I complained about this because they ruined it, they said they would replace the color, and they did, once again very poorly (they greyed out some areas basicaly). I complained again because they returned my bracelet in a worse shape than what it was before. I said I would not pay for that. The awful lady working there took a plier and broke the "reparation" they previsously did! What is this kind of behavior ? This was unbelievable. I never seen someone acting like that. YOU are responsible for damaging my bracelet, NOT ME! After that I asked for the complaint book to write down this ewperience, and this same sad old lady gave me so much attitude. They treat people like s.... End of the story my bracelet is unwearable, I lost money, time, and faith in humanity. DO NOT GO THERE
