Pleasant Pediatrics

It was our First time at this location. We just switched our doctors office to pleasant pediatrics and coming in we felt very welcome. As I checked in my daughter, I like how they offered the flu shot to me as well and I got it done with her. Jesus the MA was super patient, professional and super calming with my daughter who was very nervous. He is the reason why we will continue coming back to this location.
WOW! My toddler has been throwing up every day for more than 1 month now, I was getting no answers any where, 3 different hospital visits in less than 2 weeks. He is over it! I decided to switch to a new dr/office (Pleasant Pediatrics) he has been seen once and we are finally getting answers. Not to mention how quick they took a new patient in! I love it so far!
The one time I needed this clinic the most. They disappointed me. Brought my 8mo daughter in because she was having an allergic reaction to something she ate. The receptionists on the phone said they could see her at the clinic. Should of took her straight to the ER instead. I waited in the waiting room for about 40 minutes until I finally walked out. About 2-3 other patients were taken in and left while we were still waiting. Like really? My daughter is here puffy eyed and red on her neck and ears. I guess she wasn't important enough.
The office has really long wait at times, we’ve waited 1-2 hours several times before seeing a doc and had an appt. We have been going to see Dr holle for my daughter and my son. They have a really strict vaccine policy, kids have to be up to date by 24mo is what I was told. I tried making an appt for my sons 12mo check up and they told me he can’t be seen and “the patient chart is inactive”. I wouldn’t recommend Pleasant Pediatrics, they missed a few things with my daughter when she had been throwing up for a month and kept saying it’s a stomach bug or that she is backed up. It was not a stomach bug and she was losing a lot of weight, there was no concern from the office. After seeing other doctors - she had to be on antibiotic for 2 months to fix her intestines. This practice is not concerned for your kids health, look for a different pediatrician.
