Never come to this store location. Not only are the employees snarky and rude but so is whoever is replying back to these people who have negative experiences. You can read the condescending undertone in the replies of the manager. My step mom has brought bins of clothes all new and name brand and we could tell they weren’t touched or looked through so she got no money for the clothes. The ladies working the store are rude and lazy especially the younger blonde lady who threw the bag on the ground to my mom and threw the money on the counter to her. When we called to speak to a manager an associate probably the blonde lady hung up on us and the manager never reached back out.

I dropped off a very large bin of clothes full of dresses, men’s clothes, women’s summer clothes, everything I’ve had in my closet (mostly new that I haven’t worn). I even went through it to make sure everything was clean, no stains or rips so that they would take it. Ten minutes after I dropped it off I got a text that it was ready to which was way too fast considering they were pretty busy checking people out when I left. I got there a few hours later and they took nothing! They said that they were looking for summer stuff…which was what I had. Lastly I folded the clothes a weird specific way and nothing was disturbed so I know they did not even look through it. DO NOT SELL YOUR CLOTHES AT THIS LOCATION! It is a waste of time.

Just came by to drop of some things and they just straight up told me they stopped accepting drop offs at 4:30 and it says nothing on the website of that demand or on the store. They don’t close till 8 and the lady literally was so rude and said what she said turned away from me. No wonder it has a 2 and half star rating. Need to have different staff with better attitudes for starts and that was my second time coming to this location and I absolutely despise it.

Absolutely awful experience, tried to buy shoes for my grandfather and they only had one shoe of the pair on the shelf, when we were paying they took out the second sneaker but did not show it to us until after we had payed. Still standing at the counter we looked at the sneakers and I noticed the sole of the second sneaker they gave us had been ripped out. The bottom was literal cardboard and the shoe was completely unwearable. Because of their no return policy on shoes they offered us only store credit. After much persuasion they gave us 50% back and the broken shoes. We payed for broken and unwearable shoes. Absolutely unacceptable. Not to mention the insane prices on everything else in the store. I used to love Plato’s closet but I don’t see myself coming back.

you i could rate this 0 stars i would solely based on customer service. These associates have horrible attitudes. I have been to different locations before so i know the selling process. I dropped my clothes off around 11:30 an hr had passed by i called to ask how much longer because i live about 40 min away and i have been just waiting around the employee just kept saying you will get a text like i understand that but that’s not what i’m asking. So another hour goes by no text but i just so happen to look at the link and it says completed i call back to make sure because i never received a text the employee goes yea it’s ready come get your stuff i said is there a reason i never got a text because i’ve been waiting around for hours she goes well we’re busy come get your stuff. so if you can avoid this location at all please do. The older lady is there is by far the worst and has no care for anyone except herself. other locations have way better customer service and are way faster. most locations are only 30 min to 1 hr and will actually text you. Don’t waste your time like i did go to MANASSA!!!! way better
