Good company to work for! I started on the graduate scheme in the packaging team in September 2017. My role is very varied and is tailored to my needs, allowing me to maximise my personal and technical development. Despite being a large company, I feel like my ideas are valued and that I can make a difference.
pladis is a thriving company with an abundance of opportunities for graduates and employees alike that is rarely seen in its counterparts. I have had a great experience from the recruitment stages all the way through to my 6 month review. Graduates are exposed to countless opportunities with varying responsibilities and challenges along the way. I look forward to nurturing and developing my career with pladis over the coming years.
I joined the Engineering Graduate Scheme in September 2016, since then I've worked at two sites in three different roles. The common theme in my time with pladis has been the invaluable support from fellow employees, at all levels in the company. pladis is an ambitious company with so many opportunities available. A great place to work.
I am extremely grateful to have been chosen for the Commercial graduate scheme at pladis. I have been given the opportunity to work in two functions (sales and marketing) during my 2 years where I have gained valuable experience. It is a great place to work with great people!
A great company to work for! I had an invaluable 12 month placement here during my University studies with a central team, before key individuals in the business agreed to be interview participants for my dissertation when I went back to Uni. I was then welcomed back to pladis onto the Graduate scheme! I've always felt valued and supported in my career options and never felt restricted in the functions/roles I could get experience in. Great start to my career!
