Pinnacle Storage - Boiling Springs

I had car trouble while in the parking lot of Aldi’s grocery store next to Pinnacle Storage. Brad was out picking up trash in the parking lot of Pinnacle Storage and noticed I was having trouble and offered help. I will absolutely refer all my friends and family to Pinnacle Storage. Thanks again Brad! 😃

Worked with Brad and Chelsea for a great experience. I don't need it just yet but can't wait to move in. The facility is nice and clean. The process was well-informed. They answered all my questions and didn't make me feel rushed

Recently changed ownership. Was sent an email telling about the change AFTER it happened. Then the email said everything was going to stay the same. It didn't. Price for my unit went up $30. Then the new owners try to show me "documents" that show I was paying their new price. I showed them my bank statements showing otherwise. Be cautious if renting a unit from here. When the change over occurred, you should have seen the number of people moving out. I may be moving soon, too.

Tammy was amazing! She went out of her way to make sure that our moving process went as smooth as possible. I had already picked out and reserved a unit two weeks prior and when we arrived she knew right then that we would need a bigger unit to be able to fit everything. We are so thankful she did because it saved us the headache of having to move everything over once we realized it wasn’t big enough. She even went with me to the access doors to make sure the code worked! I would definitely recommend Tammy and Extra Space Storage to anyone that is looking for storage.
