Came here for a regular manicure. Checked in as a regular manicure. Was constantly asked if i wanted gel, had to keep telling them i just want a regular manicure. Had 3 people come up to me and asked me that so seems disorganized. Picked out a color that wasn’t what I thought it was (picked out white and was actually transparant, that’s on me) but then they had me choose another color that was gel (didnt tell me it was gel) and tried to charge me for gel. I was disappointed about this, and she first asked me if i wanted them to take the gel off. Which i would have said yes, because I genuinely didnt budget for gel only regular, and I get mistakes happen. The lady at the front then said nevermind we’ll discount it. And I was already there for a while so I just went with the discounted price which was only 5 bucks off and I still tipped. Plus i was a little weary about their sanitization, but i dont get my nails done often so I cant comment too much about that. I just know i’ve gone elsewhere that i’ve noticed have practices that make me feel confident in their cleanliness and sanitization. Just didnt have a great experience overall and also now these nails are chipping after less then a week and I don’t do anything crazy that would warrant that. (Plus if they are gel wouldnt they be a little stronger?) So this is just a heads up to anyone who just wants a regular manicure or gel nails to save your money and time and go somewhere else. Honestly i felt like i got scammed, not super clean, and the place is disorganized. My nails are chipping in large pieces and i still spent over $30 on them. Wont be going here ever again!

I just can’t seem to get a good nail salon!! no matter where I go. No one gives me a good meal prep job before applying my nails. I usually get a full set of acrylic. No matter what so when I go to everyone does a beautiful job with the nail art and the nails themselves but never does a good prep work so they end up falling off and tend to be a complete waste of money. My first time to this nail salon and they did just that. Didn’t clean up my nails at all. So I spent $140 on a beautiful set of nails just for them to come off on the fourth day of having them because they weren’t done correctly. Leo did a beautiful job on my nails. I just only wish he prepped my nails and cleaned them up because they look a mess. I probably won’t be coming back because I feel like prep work should be first thing when you come in and I always feel rushed. I rarely ever get my nails done for myself so when I do, I want them to be done right. I hate spending so much money on a bunch of nails that are just gonna fall off in a day or two. Six out of 10 of my nails came off on the fourth day after having them done. So disappointed. :(

Went here for the first time on Saturday. Firstly it cost $84 for a polish change and pedicure (typically 50 or less!). Now 3 days later all my gel polish is chipping off. Total waste of money. I will not be returning
