Excellent pizza in an excellent location. Since Pieology is indeed a chain, it’s hard not to compare it to Pizza Press just 8 miles to the north (also in Celebration). This crust is excellent, but I have to say I have a slight preference for Pizza Press’ crust. We went with two of the Fire Grilled BBQ pizzas, one Alfredo Bacon Chicken pizza, and one two-topping. The pizzas were adequately sized, 10-12 inches in my estimation, but nowhere is the size indicated on the menu, etc. This is where I have to point out the convenience of having the choice of either 12-in or 16-in pizzas at competitor Pizza Press. The interior is well designed with ample seating, including a living-room like area (however those tables looked a bit too tall for the seating, or vice versa). Would definitely return and likely try the “make your own” option with one of the 6 base sauce options.

Pieology has stolen my heart with its exceptional pizza and unbeatable service! I recently had the pleasure of visiting this wonderful establishment, and I couldn't be more thrilled with my experience. As soon as I stepped inside, I was greeted by a warm and inviting atmosphere that immediately made me feel at home. The friendly staff members were more than happy to guide me through the ordering process and offered helpful suggestions to create the perfect pizza. Their genuine passion for providing a fantastic dining experience shone through in every interaction.

Delicious pizza at affordable prices! We were staying at the Residence Inn Flamingo Crossing and walked over to Pieology. We ordered the Fiery Buffalo Pizza, BBQ Pizza, Cinnamon Churro Pizza and garlic cheese bread. We selected the thin crust for all the pizzas and we’re happy with the texture….fully cooked with a little bit of chew left! The Cinnamon Churro was a crowd favorite. The Fiery Buffalo was true to its name and had quite a kick! I believe for all 4 we paid about $45 with tax which was in my opinion is fair. Outside seating and inside seating was available and there was plenty of it. Cute spot to get a nice pizza if you’re in the area.

LOVE! If you want good pizza go here!! We used to eat here in California all the time- As soon as we drove by and saw they just opened one here we drove in immediately!!! Few things to note: Very fast workers and very kind smiles and super helpful. The owner is such a kind man and heard we were long time customers and sent over a Cinnamon Churro Dessert Pizza and it was phenomenal! We did the create your own pizza. Every pizza was baked to perfection and they had so many different toppings to choose from. Literally every topping and they’ll add more if you ask. You can also order set pizzas off their menu. The owner was so welcoming and a great man, as well as the kind and accommodating workers & the food is always amazing. I would recommend this place to anyone and everyone. 100/10 for Food, People, and Atmosphere.

Fun place to get a good pizza the way you want it. (Also if you're a cast member they offer discounts) Nice little random Discovery. I've been to places like this that do the "make your own on the fly pizza" but they always seem to miss something. Pieology has a fun atmosphere and friendly staff and the pizzas were ready in like 10 minutes. The ingredients were fresh and the cheese was gooey. But the crust was really well done. Chewy but not floppy. Will definitely be going back.
