I was referred by Bupa for five physio sessions with Sonam. My tennis elbow has improved significantly, and I now have very minimal residual pain. Sonam is incredibly knowledgeable and guided me through the various exercises needed to strengthen my muscles. I would highly recommend her.
I attended physio with Sonam, recently. She was professional and extremely knowledgeable on how to help me improve my mobility due to a back issue and worn hip joint. I had six sessions with the physio and she helped me with exercises tailored to my problem and gave me the confidence to exercise in the correct manner. I have improved a lot thanks to Sonam have managed to get back to my part time job and walk my dog again with a lot less pain. Am very satisfied with the treatment I received from her. 😃
Not only had my back pain gone but I’ve been shown and understand a way to strengthen my back, pelvis and muscles to help prevent recurrence in future - Sunam was Knowledgeable, skillful and kind! I would recommend completely!
I was treated at Physio Rx for osteoarthritis in my knee and a long standing pain in my neck, yes I know., but true. The physiotherapist I saw was a Lady called Sonam who was a great listener and gave you plenty of time to finish before suggesting how the issue's could be treated. As well as the usual exercises she also used manipulation to help relieve the pain. With osteoarthritis I know my knee will "go" again but I now have some exercises which I know work that I can fall back on at home. I think there charges were on a par with others I have used. If I have further problems then I would be happy go back to them.
I was referred to physiorx by my insurance and I’m thankful for it. Highly recommend Dr.Vijay for his patience and guidance. He listened to my issues and suggested few exercises along with removing knots from my upper back. His colleagues were also extremely helpful and suggested me various tips to reduce my shoulder and back pain. Special mention to Malaika who was skilful and gentle when working on my neck and back. Very satisfied with their service.
