I absolutely love working with the team at Phoenix Mountain Post-Acute. The staff love what they do and it shows in the excellent care they provide for our patients. Many patients have commented on how they're impressed with how peaceful the facility feels and how friendly the staff are.

My first rehab I’ve ever stayed in. Nurses were friendly and helpful, but there were times the call light would be on anywhere from 15 mins to over an hour, I would see nurses walk by an not even check in to see what’s wrong. Don’t even get me started on the food!! They also messed up my Prescriptions going to the my pharmacy. They sent 16 prescriptions to my pharmacy and here’s the kicker NOT one of those prescription was for me talk about incompetence never again and I don’t recommend that place at all.

Absolutely love this Facility! Just started working here and love all of the staff, everyone is so friendly & helpful. So many wonderful things Phoenix Mountain has to offer here (-:

Doug the Administrator and Angeline the DON at Phoenix Mountain Post Acute are amazing... All the staff here are very caring, and extremely attentive to the residents... You will be greeted with a genuine smile and hello from the moment you walk in this building, also by any staff member you may pass in the hallway... This building is beautiful and very clean, Velma is a great housekeeping manager... Ruben the maintenance manager is awesome and is extremely attentive with fixing anything that needs to be done... I would definitely recommend Phoenix Mountain Post Acute to friends and family, as I know they will be in greats hands.... Thank you for all you do!!!
