I had purchased a Passion Pro in the month of September 2020 and still struggling to get a proper service and fix for the same. From the initial weeks itself it started showing errors and start-up troubles. I reported it immediately to the M/s Philips Motors. Since then they made me to spend a lot of money and time on repairing this motorcycle which including the battery replacement at least three times. At least ten times it was brought to the service center for a period of four days to 10 days each time. Surprisingly, I have spent almost INR 50,000/- on servicing and replacement of spare parts for a new bike...!!! The dealer had never told me the actual problem with the bike instead of charging me for different works. Completely disappointed with the service. Doesn’t recommend.

Facilities are not upto the mark, ugly customer lounge. High service rate. Need to improve. During last service tyre pressure was not checked and during recent service , service reminder was not reset. So no thorough check is done at this service centre as per Hero's promise.

Philip Motors shares my only 2 wheeler experience and I am sure that it is one of the very few places around Kottayam area with experienced staff and neat customer service. Their experience in handling Hero 2 wheelers and were pretty quick in helping me fix the problem with a spare that I thought would take time. They were prompt to update me on the status and their lounge and customer waiting area are quite adequate for a service Center of this size. I can truly recommend Philip motors for your Hero two wheelers and even the older Hero Honda’s. Keep up the good work
