Pharmacy Picard & Desjardins are the best!! Very friendly staff, the customer service agents speak both French and English. Very helpful, service is very fast. Delivery by courier at no charge to their clients by next day. They will fax your doctor to request a renewal when your prescriptions run out and send you reminders when you are running low on your prescription renewals. Highly recommended. Excellent service!

If you are considering jumping ship from your regular, long-time-served pharmacy for a jumbled pile of recurring reasons from refill mistakes, lost orders, opaque and fluctuating prices, too much (monthly) interface time spent placing orders over an automated phone system and frequent follow up, etc. - the Picard & Desjardins online pharmacy is a good landing spot. I did a couple years ago, with some trepidation, and have never looked back. I recommend them for these reasons: 1. Friendly customer service - responses to my questions or requests from pharmacy staff is coherent, helpful, accommodating, rapid, and down to earth. 2. Consistent, transparent with no surprises - check the price of meds via the automatic quoting platform, which also suggests generic substitutions available. 3. Freed up my time - with three-month refill & home delivery, reduced the time spent on our family Rx file to less than 1/3 the time spent with previous pharmacy. 4. Economical - meds bill is about 2/3’s that of previous pharmacy.
Easy to request and very fast delivery, if I have questions I can always call and get a quick answer.
Excellent service. They are quick - helpful with re-filling prescriptions. Courteous, kind... a great service. You may find some of your medications even a little less costly if you have insurance.
Heard about the service from a colleague of mine. Wasn’t even aware online prescriptions and pharmacies were a thing in Canada! The service is amazing, renewing my prescriptions online was easy and I received them in a couple of days through Canada Post. I even managed to get the 5 Covid tests sent by the Quebec Government online after having tried countless pharmacies in person since they made the distribution announcement. Highly recommend the service!
