I just spent 45 minutes filling this out and your system dumped my response.

Urian is the best chef . Compliments . Carla great server
This location had some really tasty food and cheap happy hour drinks. You can’t beat the Chef’s Feast for $22 pp - the soup, lettuce wraps, main courses. The $5 HH margaritas were also delicious. Now, you do have to sit at the bar, so the bartender will be very busy pulling double duty. They do allow minors at the bar.
Six of us went for dinner. Atmosphere was good. Waiter Mark was nice. There was hardly anyone there. We ordered fried rice with our meal. Our meal came out, no fried rice. Asked the waiter twice, he said it was coming. Finished meal, ready to box up, no fried rice. He apologized, and offered to box it up for us. I think he should have removed it from the bill as a courtesy. Also noticed something fraudulent and very dishonest on the bill. The area where it suggests your tip was way inaccurate. For our bill, which was over $200 it made a big difference. We paid the suggested 25% but realized after that the 25% they suggested was $20.00 over what it should have been. Too late to do anything but called over the Manager to question her about it. Her answer was “Yea we know it, it’s corporate and nothing we can do about it” Joked about it and then got on the subject about politics. Completely unacceptable. Blame it on someone else and you know about this? Maybe when your waiters/servers bring the bill, give them a heads up on the error and then let them figure out the calculations since they are obviously knowingly wrong. It’s like you are blatantly stealing from your customers. We were all just shocked and the lack of responsibility the Manager showed and joked it off was not acceptable and unprofessional.
Food portions have gone down while prices have gone up over the last couple years. It is noticeable however the food quality still appears to be very good and the service is typically good as well. I've been going to this location for almost as long as it has been open and I think it has seen better years... To be fair I think the prices have something to do with the economy not the company's greed, it is still a better choice then other restaurants in the area. Wait time seems to be minimal these days which is definitely a plus when you have kids!
My family and I visited from Florida and were attended byJenny . First she appeared bothered we didn’t order an appetizer. Then, She kept looking at us weird during the time we were placing our order because we were asking for no vegetables in our food. Then after we ordered and received our food the server immediately brought us the bill with the fortune cookies. I was looking around to see if this was normal behavior with other customers and we quickly realized it wasn’t. She never asked us if we wanted anything else such as dessert or refills or boxes. She literally circled the tip area and didn’t say anything else. (As if we didn’t know where to locate the tip or know how to tip, we’re actually quite generous even after the rude behavior we still tipped her.) We thought maybe she was leaving early but… nope serving other tables with service we did not receive. We definitely felt uncomfortable and know as busy as the Miami locations servers there would have never treated us like this. This has never ever happened to us at any restaurant actually. This was extremely rude and made us feel some type of way. However, the quality of food was very good and the greeting staff was very nice. Parking was easy and very easy.
Man it's really gone down in quality and quantity since the last time I visited. I got the spicy chicken which was salty and tasted different then I remember. My so got the new orange chicken. We switched plates. The Orange chicken had a nice orange flavor. I remember when they'd give you enough to share. The lettuce wraps were still good, but they no longer offer the 3 chilies you can mix to you're liking of heat level. I won't be going back anytime soon.
