I personally am satisfied with the service.

Lost and hour just to buy a spare part. The cash desk has different breaks than the other departments, which makes it pretty uncomfortable. They wanted to charge me 50lv. for mounting a luggage box support, which only took me hour and a half to mount myself. Not really impressed.

The members of the staff are very well qualified. The service and attached car store are very good looking but they are not very well ositioned. The only one posible entrance is from city circular road.

The mechanics are very nice and professional the issue is the guy at the reception for the service, he was rude not professional and not respectful neither with us nor the other people working with him. Refused to take the car for service because he had no access to the computer. Very disappointed we won't come back.
