My pup loves to go any time of year! She especially likes to swim but gets super excited, plays a ton & is tired for days after just a half day play. We hate to leave her when we go out of town, but feel much better that she loves Pet suites so much!
My senior dachshund, Peanut, has not been boarded in a long time. I was anxious about his reaction to being in a strange place with unknown people. All indications are that Peanut was well-cared for. He received individual play time and did not participate in group activities since he is almost completely blind & has hearing loss. Too much activity around him causes him to be anxious, which is why he was boarded. My grandchildren (ages 7 & 1) and a multitude of family were visiting. Jennifer, the groomer who bathed him before being picked up, was sensitive to Peanut's skin issues and did a great job along with good communication with me. All in all, Peanut had a safe & pleasant stay at PetSuites Johns Creek.
I absolutely love love love this place!!! My pups always have a blast at this location but I only boarded one of our pups over the weekend. I received the very BEST service from Joann while picking up my pup yesterday! She was such a sweetheart and provided EXCELLENT customer service! Thanks again! ☀️
My pup and I love this place! Everyone is so friendly. When we drop off our Golden Retriever to puppy preschool, we especially love receiving his "Paw-gress" report. Highly recommend this place!
I had a very bad experience at this location. This was the first time I trusted them with my 9 year old Boston terrier. I have boarded my dog at many other places, but wanted to try Pet Suites as it looked like a good place and the Johns Creek location is very close to our home. My dog is extremely mellow - in fact he hardly barks and is super friendly with other dogs. When I went to pick up my dog today, I was being told that my dog didn’t pass the behavior test, which was taken the day I boarded him. At the time of boarding I was being told that they will text me with in case of any question or updates. They figured out a way to charge me more as my dog couldn’t participate in group play sessions so they had to let him play in private, but they didn’t care to let me know. On top of it the young manager was extremely rude to me when I questioned him on why they didn’t call/text me. I don’t mind paying more for boarding - in fact this is little pricey in comparison but they need to have the right attitude and treat everyone with little politeness. I don’t know if I had a one off bad experience but I am not going here again.
This place gets ALL the stars if their yard could contain my jumper. The people who work there are pet lovers. My Coco comes home so happy and is always excited whenever we go back. Truly a one stop shop for daycare, grooming and training! She gets amazing care each and every time. So grateful for them!
