The staff look very annoyed when customers come into their showroom and treat you as if they don't want to do business with you. Everyone kept starring at me and the lady who came to help me after making me wait, was very annoyed I was asking Basic questions. I chose a few products and asked for a quotation and more information was requested on few other products and they said they will WhatsApp me. I have to keep following up and requesting on WhatsApp, they don't even have the courtesy of writing basic sentences on the chat, they simply send you the file and when you enquire about more products, they simply send you another file, no "sure, ok, thank you, here you go" etc. Also, I still haven't received the details I requested on those extra products, no "hello, please wait or we are working on it" of even an "okay". Super rude and unacceptable. No human interaction on text, no basic respect. These people are not at all trained. This business is proof that, just a big investment and a good showroom is not enough, poor staff training and lack of basic manners / human courtesy, can lead to bad business too. Sad place! Avoid it at all costs!
