They don't take Cigna...at all. Make sure to ask them if they are in network with your insurance company prior to going through the entire Q&A as not to waste your time. Very disappointed.

Overall a very positive experience at Championship Physical Therapy. After having had back surgery, Bill at Championship PT had me going thru a series of exercises in a safe and effective manner over several weeks. Along with advice and exercises that I learned to do properly, I can continue to do these routines to help me maintain good health. Went to Championship for therapy after knee replacement surgery. The Team of Bill, Austin, and Martha were very knowledgable and helpful. Working with Bill was great as he knew just how far to push you at each session. I would highly recommend Championship for your therapy. I definitely will reture when I have the other knee replaced.

I tried out Championship Physical Therapy for severe pain in my shoulder when throwing a ball, hoping to avoid surgery. Bill and team were great at identifying the issue and giving specific care and exercises for my needs. After only a few sessions I noticed a difference, and after about 12 sessions I was relatively pain free and no need for surgery at all. I definitely recommend them for any PT need. They are all very kind and welcoming!
