Leif installed my furnace and it went through two heating seasons. When I started it last week it quit a couple of days later. The problem was diagnosed in about 5 minutes. The blower motor had quit. It was under warranty. The motor was replaced a couple of days later and it took exactly 15 minutes. I was charged $304.90. They are friendly and do excellent work but think that is an excessive charge for less than a half hour of labor.
Basically paid 5k +/- for an installation of 2 new ac through a hack contractor that leif had the pleasure of installing. Long story short. We've had the 2 units for maybe 2 yrs. Leif ran something wrong with one of the units that caused it to take a shh. Its costing us round 1k outta pocket to fix what he ran n to replace the unit.
We recently purchased a new home, which is heated entirely by an in-floor heat system driven by a boiler, which had stopped working due to a board failure - right before several days forecasted to dip well below freezing. Leif took our call late in the afternoon and was there first thing in the morning to assess the situation, drove a significant distance to procure parts, and had it up and running by that afternoon. We were incredibly impressed and appreciative! Thank you Leif!
Don't wait, just call Leif. He is both the brains and the brawn for the business and we've found him honest, dependable and trustworthy. Just yesterday he replaced a part that went bad on our A/C unit. Previously, in December 2018 he replaced our furnace that was old, in need of repair, and we didn't want to put any more money into it. His work on the furnace happened in a timely and efficient manner. We're satisfied with both the experiences we've had and would call him in an instant if ever necessary!
Excellent service! Leif was professional, friendly and helpful in finding the right furnace for us. His knowledge and attention to detail was evident during the installation and he completed the work in a timely manner. The furnace continues to run efficiently and I would wholeheartedly recommend him.
