My experience at Peltier Kia was 5/5! Matt helped me choose the right car for me. He was very friendly and enthusiastic! I gave him an idea of what I was looking for and my price range. He picked out a couple of cars for me to see and I chose a RAV4 XLE. This car has a lot of new tech features and He took the time to explain to me what each and every button does. He let me test ride the car on the Loop and some of the smaller streets too. He also told me about the app which I use a lot now to check my car. It’s very useful! He really made the process of buying a car fun and stress free. I was then helped me with all the finance paperwork. He helped me understand everything I was signing and explained everything in simple terms since this is my first time buying my own car. I really appreciated that he took the time to answer any questions or concerns I had. Overall, my experience at Peltier Kia was wonderful and I will definitely go to them again in the future! Took my new car on its first long road trip to Oklahoma and it rode awesome!
