After relocating from the West Coast we relied on Pedro’s expertise to guide us through purchasing our first home in Virginia. Pedro is patient, hands-on, accommodating and an all around delight to work with (even our Seller’s team had great things to say about him)! After losing out of the first home Pedro reiterated we needed to trust the process. We were prepared for it to be a long process but with Pedro’s guidance we beat out 7 offers the next time around. I recommend Pedro to anyone who may be on the fence about starting. He’s not only a great Realtor but he is also an awesome resource with a strong network of vendors too.

Pedro is the absolute best realtor in the game!! He helped me buy my first home about a year ago, and I could not be happier. Pedro was extremely easy to work with and brought a ton of knowledge to the table during our first ever home purchase! Where do I even begin. To give some background, I had been working with another realtor for about a year as my wife and I looked around Northern VA for our first home. After about a year of looking and numerous denied offers, we pretty much gave up and we decided we were just going to rent. About two days before we signed our apartment lease, we received a call from Pedro. Pedro expressed his willingness to work with us but at the time, I was so frustrated with our previous home buying experience that I told Pedro I would only work with him if he was able to quickly find us an off market property. I kid you not, Pedro found us an off market property that was literally our dream home, within 48 hours. We were able to close on the property within 30 days and Pedro helped walk us through the entire process in a way that made us feel assured that we were in good hands. I can’t recommend Pedro enough. He is the best realtor in all of Virginia!! Pedro is not only an amazing realtor but he is also an extremely knowledgeable real expert that has helped my wife and I on a few other real estate projects throughout the years.
