Dr. Marcia is a wonderful doctor. Her kindness and compassion is transparent through the service and examination she performs on our children. She provides great advice and guidance when it comes to how we need to take care of our little ones. My kids - Cheron, Soliana, and Hermela love her. Their experience is always pleasant and they look forward to seeing Dr. Marcia on their next visit.
From the time I walked in at the front desk to the time I walked out the door it was a wonderful experience. I felt comfortable and so were my children. Everything that the staff asked for from the kids the kids were very comfortable answering. They weren’t afraid or scared, PAL staff is very Knowledgeable, friendly and kind. Thank you everyone.
My daughter came to see Michelle Dixion NP 5-4-22. I’m very disappointed of care. She refused to provide my daughter with an referral to receive services for physical therapy. My daughter had a bad injury and she needed a referral from her doctor to continue plan of care treatment. I do not understand how you Denied care to help my daughter with a plan of care to help heal. So my daughter have to continue to be in pain. What’s the reason for a visit if you’re not going to help with care. Very unprofessional poor bedside manner.I will contact the board regarding poor care and the insurance company to report fraud. You getting paid for what. When I call to register my daughter they input the wrong demographics information therefore I had to wait an hour to complete paper very poor customer services. I’m worry my daughter records could be misplaced.
We’ve been going to PAL for the last 3 years and have had nothing but positive experiences. We have seen all three doctors and love them all. PAL has a knowledgeable and friendly, caring staff. The thing I brag about to my other mom friends the most is that all of my child related questions are addressed by a competent nurse or doctor. From topics about car seats, to breastfeeding, and to physical development, and more. I even utilize the pharmacy next door.
Both my kids love it here. Well, I assume the newborn does anyway. He's not saying much. The toddler loves the staff. He doesn't even flinch when getting a shot. I get emails about appointments, so that's easy. The facility is clean and bright. I peronally love all the doctors, and a bunch of the nurses here. They are all cool headed, and thoughtful. Our oldest had a pretty severe issue as a newborn. LOTS OF CRYING. SO MUCH. It took a few weeks to figure it out, but once he got prescribed the medication, we finally all got some sleep. All these people have kids. They know the deal. I cannot ask for anything more.
A friend recommended PAL when we had our first born, which was 9 years ago and we've been going here ever since. We've loved the practice and the doctors. We usually see Dr. Sheth and she's great. Both my kids love going to her. We've had experience with the other doctors and NP and have had a good experience with them as well. Whenever we call for an appointment we get a call back within minutes and they always accommodate when the kids are sick. We have friends who love PAL too and we will continue to recommend them in the future.
I have been coming to PAL since day one. I’ve seen all the providers and nurse practitioners and have liked them all. They are attentive and explain things. They really care about the families. I’ve never had a bad experience. The office is clean, the staff is very polite and goes above and beyond to accommodate the parents and children. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone without hesitation.
