Pediatric Associates

My wife showed up with two of our girls literally 1 minute late and they turned her away because they took away their 10-15 minute grace period. I get being late 10-15 minutes, I even get being late 5 minutes. But 1 minute is ridiculous. We were with them for 7 years and never late. People are not perfect and there’s a lot more people who are a little late then early or on time. Not to mention the female (cause ladies don’t act that way) who turned them away was very rude about it. Pediatric associates, you are not the military so stop acting like it and give people grace cause you don’t know what they’re dealing with. And all we want to do is make sure our kids are doing okay! There’s plenty of other places to go to.

Your could be dying and Dr. Garcia will say that it’s nothing. Horrible doctors office. They’ll attend you better at the hospital 😂 what a joke.

Bad experience!! Dr. Garcia always saying everything is fine when he berley even checks my new born daughter! I noticed her breathing is not normal and he says it’s normal and everything is fine . Front staff are rude and have an horrible attitude!! Another thing , my baby was constipated and was fussy and not comfortable for 2 days , I called and asked if I can come in or what can I do all they said was TO WAIT 2 days and then try to make an appointment! What in the hell !!! Who waits for 2 other wholeeee days it made me so mad when the doctor said that I won’t ever step a foot in that clinic they are not useful

Dr. García is wonderful. He is always kind compassionate and timely in his care. The front desk staff however have been rude with me and who wants someone rude when you enter into a doctors office? Especially people that are going to be caring for your children? Also Dr. Wardell while I believe she is a good Doctor I have no doubts there but she always was very short it always took forever to be seen by her and she had very bad bedside manner.

They refused to treat my 20 month child after a seizure. Then sent a letter to sever the relationship with my other child. Abigail Garcia, the manager was completely disrespectful and told me if I cared about my child I’d find a new doctor. She refused to communicate with my insurance. Because she does not know what she’s doing. She said she didn’t want to talk to me because there were other occasions where they broke needles in my daughters leg and I expressed dissatisfaction through my insurance company. Dr Whitfield is great, her assistant is great. Now my oldest can’t see she her. All because Dr Garcias staff, Abigail and Natalia don’t care about children’s lives. I hope they never have to experience their child stop breathing.
