Sharon and Jennifer are the best!!! I accidentally sat on my favorite pair of glasses and bent them super badly and they were able to get them back into shape! I’m not even a paying customer of theirs yet they were so gracious, kind, and attentive towards me. I’m so grateful my glasses are fixed - thank you both so much for such a great experience!
Amazing service with great people. Having used other retailers in the past for my glasses, I was looking for a reliable optical. This Pearle Vision location fit that and more. Judit was knowledgeable, transparent, warm, welcoming, and overall amazing. She worked with my schedule to get arrange an optical appointment and then pick up my glasses. When the type of glasses that I wanted was unavailable, Judit ordered it for me. Extremely pleased with the service. Looking forward to going back in the future. Highly recommend.
Everybody my wife and I had an interaction with were extremely nice and helpful, the doctor was very attentive to my case and options in medication and prescription needed. The young lady whom sold us the eyeglasses was attentive yet not pushy, that was welcomed. update: not going to be extremely negative but it’s a miss” that should had been caught right away by the doctor; I decided to send my prescription to an online market place for glasses but I received a message on the difference from my previous script (different eye test location) so I decided to get my eyes tested again, this time the results showed what the doctor had missed. well that was a waste of money and glasses with the wrong prescription lol this is still a nice location but I will personally not go back. Would definitely recommend
My total visit was very pleasant. Everyone from Dr. Kirshen to Josh, the sales rep were personable and professional. They even called me back (immediately) when they discovered a clerical error made during the visit. It turned out I was entitled to a price adjustment albeit a small one. 💰😁 I definitely recommend this particular store for your optometry needs.
Great Customer Service - Jessie helped me fix my old glasses and helped me get pricing on a new pair. When other stores wouldn’t fix my glasses for me. Great service this is the second time I have been to this store and the service has always been excellent way better than other Pearle Vision I went to.
