I was helped here yesterday. Glasses were even ready much earlier than expected! What she did not want to achieve at Pearle Studio in Epe and Pearle Opticiens in Epe (customer friendliness / thinking along) has more than succeeded here! Then drive a little further but that is (for me at least) more than worth it.
They sell you glasses for 800 euros while you don't need glasses for far away, then went to the neighbors to have Hans Anders' eyes measured and their advice was to get reading glasses from Hema for 7 euros and that works perfectly. very happy with that
I've been coming there for years. One time better than the other. Things have not gotten any better since the takeover and change of the entire staff. It's actually sad to see. Inexperienced 'school leavers' with little knowledge. In the beginning even 3 employees who were still at school, but due to staff shortages they had to run the place. (Hence the store was limited open) I am now waiting for new special lenses, but the employee was not able to put them in my frame. While I've been waiting for it for a while... Hopefully the colleague with more experience can do it this week. I want to give them another chance....
Went to Paerle with a voucher from our son ``give away a third pair of glasses``. Would like prescription sunglasses. They didn't know how to use this voucher so we just left. Unfortunately, with the change of staff, the good quality of this store is gone.
August 9, 2021, with the intention of buying several frames for myself and my girlfriend, after first being greeted kindly by the young man in the Pearle, we met an incredibly grumpy older man (presumably the manager) who, sighing, greeted us a sermon said that the glasses were not good, we had not touched them at all so we found this rather blunt and strange. In addition, he came very close without a face mask and we did not feel comfortable. After receiving the sermon, we asked the question: can we still be here? To this the man replied that we had better leave. An incredibly blunt and nasty experience! I would advise anyone to buy here.
