Absolutely great service, heart warming gentleman with a moustache fixed my phone in less then 24h and it has been working amazing ever since! Would recommend this company to everyone, has fast response to queries

I bought my laptop for them to transfer data to my new laptop. The old laptop was in perfect working order but when I got it back the old laptop was not working anymore. I asked them to reinstate the old machine back to working order but instead the shop assistant attacked me, broke my phone and called the police to have me ejected from their shop. The assistant eventually accepted responsibility for breaking my phone and paid for ita repair but my old machine is still not working so I still unable to access its data. This company is an absolute disgrace. The threatened me with violence if I continued to insist on a repair. I fully intend to sue this company in the small claims court. DO NOT, whatever you do, USE THIS COMPANY. They are only interested in taking your money. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!

Pretty terrible customer service. I bought an HDMI connector for my MacBook Air on the way to an event where i was giving a presentation. (Couldn't find my one anywhere) At the presentation the connector didn't work with my Mac, I tried multiple ports and cables to no avail. When I returned the item that same morning the guy did not want to give me a refund, didn't want to test the faulty one in front of me, I even bought my Mac in to show him. He accused me of using the connector and bringing it back after I'd used it. He wouldn't put the money back on my card, would only give cash - begrudgingly. The whole interaction left a vey bad taste in my mouth, I can't in good faith reccomend this company. I wouldn't have felt the need to leave this review if it wasn't for the generally obtuse and prickly attitude of the staff member on the front desk.

Very quick, friendly and professional help at a moment's notice. PC Hospital did a superb job at recovering data from a damaged drive, and offered tips and advice at every step of the way. My drive may have been faulty, but I sure can't fault PC Hospital!

Still waiting for an answer! So really can't comment on them for the moment, but certainly don't answer emails as quickly as they should. I have a desktop which needs to have the hard drive cleaned so I can give it away to whoever could use it.

My computer was hacked and my e-mail disabled. I took it into the East Street Bromley shop just before lunch on Tuesday and Tony brought it to me on Thursday afternoon, fixed and with a new and improved hard drive and then spent nearly three hours helping and showing me how to set things up. Their efficiency and professionalism were first class and the charge extremely reasonable. Well done and many thanks.
