JAMES @ the Rochester store was awesome, friendly and went over and above to help me with multiple jewelry pieces I wanted to sell. Very fair prices...and great first time experience at their store!! Highly recommend.....and I appreciate the time he spent.
What a positive and fun experience! I've never visited a pawn shop before. I wanted to sell two guitars. Janessa gave me a great intro to selling my instruments and then shopping for others in her clean, orderly, smartly arranged store. I'm bringing more instruments over this afternoon. What a great experience. I'll be shopping Pawn America for instruments and amps and PCs real soon. Janessa gets ten stars for dynamite service.

I always have great service when I go in and am helped by Jeremiah and James. Jeremiah is very friendly and he actually does his best in helping get the most money for pawning and selling your items. He is very respectful to the customers and has a positive, upbeat attitude. The company should be very lucky to have a great employee like him. James is also very nice and he gives very fair quote amounts to get top dollar. He is the best manager I’m sure that location has ever had. If you go in there you will appreciate having either of those two fellas assist you.
