I would give Paul Hernandez Office ten stars, but Google only allows 5. Paul and his staff answered my calls, emails, voicemails promptly. I needed commercial insurance and Paul explained the policy from start to end. When he was busy or unavailable his staff was outstanding in helping me with my questions. Pauls Office makes you feel like a valued customer. I strongly recommend Paul Hernadez to my close friends and family.
I purchased a vehicle from a dealer and I needed some emails to be sent to the same dealer. I had to call multiple times just to get emails sent to me and my dealer. They didn’t and the phone. Kept beating around the bush when I needed one more email to take my car out the dealer. Im switching insurances now because of them
I am so glad to have found Nancy Sanchez so many years in the past of being lost in insurance information and questions. I’m so thankful to have found someone I can trust with all of my insurance needs. Nancy has so much experience and a lot of knowledge in the field. You could ask her anything and she will have the solution or answer to it. Also, to top it off she has offered us the best rates i have ever had. I feel very secure with her as my insurance agent. I definitely recommend her to anyone and everyone!
Had a great Experience getting some Car Insurance when everyone else wasn’t even willing to help me because I lived in California. My agent, Paul Hernandez took care of it with ease, and made sure the policy had everything I needed. I appreciate you guys at State Farm especially Paul my guy!
I been with statefarm for over 5 years and this agency staff is friendly, professional and always available to assist with my insurance needs and answer all my questions. I highly recommend Briana and Nancy to assist you with your insurance coverage. Give this office a call, you will be happy you did and make a new friend along the way. They have gone above and beyond what I expected from an insurance agency, they truly care about their customers and treat them like family. Over the years I've had like 6 cars insured with accidents, and each time Briana and Nancy personally made sure that I was getting taken care of. Thank you girls
