I can’t say enough about this company and how great Cara and Chad took care of me and restored my home!!! Chad and Cara are SUPERSTARS!! I had my entire first floor remodeled due to water damage! The project was very detailed, expensive and stressful!! They did an awesome job at helping me thru the process and making sure all the work was done timely and with quality. Any issues that came up were handled to my satisfaction. Chad was an awesome project manager! Always responsive, positive, and professional! Wish he could work on all my projects going forward! I recommend this company for any remodeling and restoration work. If you are assigned this Paul Davis location, I hope you’re blessed enough to work with Chad and Cara!!

I am thrilled with how great of a job Louis, Elijah and co. did. They were extremely communicative, punctual, and kept me in the loop on everything that was going on. There were no times where I didn't feel informed, or aware of what was going on, or what was going to happen next. Everyone involved was extremely professional, and kind considering how unlucky of a situation we were in. Louis dealt directly with insurance at times when it was necessary, and really eased the burden of what was not very much fun to deal with! Hopefully I don't need to use your services again, but I would without hesitation if I find myself in a similar situation!!

My husband and I were extremely happy with the work we had done by Paul Davis. We ran into some issues during the project but Derick was so helpful and made sure that we were taken care of. He seemed to really care about our project and was always upfront and honest about what was going on. The quality and timeliness of the project exceeded our expectations!

After my basement flooded, the Paul Davis team provided the best service. I would highly recommend this business for water mitigation and remodeling. Joe, a project manager for Paul Davis, was so responsive and helpful. He explained each process in great detail, and was professional when providing options and advice.

In September I had a leak in my upstairs bathroom which caused water to come crashing down into my downstairs bathroom. I called Paul Davis Restoration to come assess the damage. Long story short.. I ended up finding out I also had asbestos and mold inside my ceiling! Paul Davis helped me take care of everything! I hadn't ever made a claim with insurance before and they even helped with that. My insurance company took their time approving little by little, but Paul Davis was still there. Brittney was awesome! She made sure I was in the loop at every turn and I could always call her with any questions or concerns. In April,( after dealing with insurance shenanigans) The rebuild began. Scott and his team did a great job in both bathrooms with new tile flooring, paint and new ceiling. I'm sure there were other things also but they were so good and fast I didn't have time to notice. In matter of 3 days I had everything done in both bathrooms.Their services went above and beyond in all aspects of the job. I would definitely use them again and you should too!
