The crew that our home was not only professional; but they were so caring and sensitive to our medical needs. The lower level of our home was flooded ŵith water due to the malfunction of our boiler. They worked very closely with our insurance company and is now setting up sub contractors to complete the sheet rocking, painting,, wood working and replacing the entire rooms carpet. I highly would recommend this company to anyone for so many great reasons. We were truly blessed to have the young woman that coordinated the operation in charge. Thank you to ALL of the PAUL DAVIS GROUP!

My washing machine water hose split and flooded my laundry room on my main floor. It also went through the floor and my basement ceiling fell. Susan, the head of the project, and her team of Randy and Matt arrived timely and dried my rooms out, removed carpeting etc. These 2 guys were so polite and helpful. They made me feel like I didn’t have to worry. They returned 2 times and finally today Susan removed the dehumidifiers. Susan is an absolute asset to your company. She never lost her patience with the million questions I asked her multiple times. Susan is extremely knowledgeable about water removal and drying process. She let me know that her goal was to make my house dry, and she did. In my opinion Susan is an employee that should be moved up the ranks. She represents your company with pride in the work they do. The whole team knew that I was very stressed out about this and they did everything to put me at ease. I would recommend Paul Davis restoration to anyone. Paul Davis

Every person on the team that I encountered whether in person or via phone was pleasant and helpful. Someone from the team kept me informed about the process, progress and snafus during the entire experience. They made me feel better about a bad situation and were understanding when the insurance representative was not. They took pictures and inventoried all that was lost to mold contamination which I didn’t know how I would ever find the time or mental strength to do myself. Very grateful they were recommended to me.

Randy recently re did the floors in my bathroom since a recent sewer back up did some damage. Randy was extremely helpful and made sure the work was done in a reasonable time frame even though it was the holiday season. His work was fast, professional, and once he was done he cleaned up after himself. I would recommend Randy to anyone who is looking for some reliable.

My grandma (last name: Robinson) used this company in Spring of 2022 after a backed up sump pump ruined her basement. She went through her insurance, which led to her using Paul Davis Restoration, and we are left appalled by the results. I think this company took advantage and thought that they could do as they pleased with the property instead of completing the job. After ripping out the bottom portion of the walls, the carpet, and the wood flooring, she is left with the bottom part of the walls completely cut out and it is now an unfinished basement. To replace these materials, it would not have cost the amount of money that was estimated. Your website states, "The final step in our process is to repair and rebuild the wrecked parts of your home. " Why was this not done? And "Paul Davis is the leader for disaster restoration services and we’ve made ourselves known for our ability to restore homes back to their pre-damaged condition." > Are we talking about the bare bones of the house or what the insurance money should have gone towards which means replacing all of what was damaged? Nicole also treated my grandma horribly. Over the phone, Nicole told her that the company was going to "file a lawsuit" for payment and then said that they were going to try and get as much money as they could out of the insurance company. Did someone make a fraudulent estimate/claim then on the basement? This company is also not accredited by the Better Business Bureau and I think this explains why.
