Worst service ever. I booked it at night and in the morning without a driver. They say they book but they don't take it. Don't travel with them. Worst service.

Worst travel service. They also have a branch office in khandwa. Booked sleeper bus from Khandwa to Pune the bus stopped within the first 5km and they took 2 hour then brought us back to bus stand by 7 pm then there was no other bus available from there and asked to take care of our own. The owner or manager whoever that was in the office was very rude and abbusive. Anyone booking there buses will be very stupid.
