Worst experience ever. We bought a photo cake From the bakery and it costed about 1400 rs. They messed up the cake while transporting first then packed it in a smaller box which spoiled the whole cake. The picture was broken in half and the decorations were sunked inside the cake..all metal pins were sunken inside the cake. They are good to you and respect you until you pay and once the purchase is completed and they messed up the whole thing , they were pathetic blaming us saying that we messed the cake. I am who the hell will pay for a special occasion and then mess their own event. They are pathetic service is Superbad. Disrespectful and such a disgrace for a bakery. Never will recommend this bakery to anyone. Pathetic staff. And the quality of the cake is also worst. No hygiene . How can you put pins so carelessly for decoration it got inside the cake .

Pastry palce did fantastic job, design and taste both were awesome....Me & my family loved it. And most importantly my 3 year old astonished to see the cake....see his reaction.. thanks guys great job done ....🤗👍

It is always overwhelming experience with pastry palace stuff..I ordered a customized pineapple based poster cake for my husband's bday..the image i shared with the team ws exactly replicated by them and freshness of pineapple ws felt in each bite..Cake ws too fresh and very balanced sweet.
