Incredible building and staff! Arman was incredibly helpful throughout the whole process, answering any and every question and concern I have. The move in process was easy and smoother and I am so excited to live here for the foreseeable future!

I want to express my sincere appreciation for the outstanding work of the maintenance crew at Parq Fulton Apartments. Furthermore, I must highlight the professionalism and friendliness displayed by Jose. Every interaction, whether in passing or during scheduled maintenance visits, has been marked by a positive and respectful attitude along with their quick response time.

Had the opportunity to tour Parq Fulton today, and absolutely loved what they have to offer. MASSIVE shoutout to Arman and Alyssa for offering their hospitality, will be definitely considering Parq Fulton as a future home one my lease ends. Amazing recommendation from a friend!

Absolutely love living at Parq Fulton! Arman and Alyssa have made my experience so pleasant! After touring upwards of 15 different apartment buildings, I can say with certainty there’s nowhere else I’d be rather be. They host the best resident events from holiday parties to book clubs to wine and cheese nights and everyone is so friendly! Thanks Arman and Alyssa!

Parq Fulton has the best views of the skyline. The garage is SAFE, private and warm during the winter. Maintenance are very nice and really helpful too! I just moved in (2 months ago) and I really enjoy living here so far. Arman (leasing office) helped me out a lot and he has responded all my questions. :)
