Parkwood Tavern

Ordered 2 meals and they came out 45 mins apart and hardly even warm so disappointing as it was a special night for us

The booking that hasn't been kept & honored. My partner made the booking and asked to get a table where we can watch the big screen. He called again and added 3 more people. When we arrived, two things were wrong with our table. It was a table for 2 and the middle of the walkway. The manager excuse was that they are very busy, no apologies were given. We ended going elsewhere.

Second visit to the Parkwood Taven and tbh, very disappointed. Kids meal was served 10 mins before other main meals. She had nearly finished by the time ours came out. The pizza had a large amount of grease sat on top of the cheese and my ribs and potato was just Luke warm. Very disappointed considering it was a Sunday at 11.30am so not even busy.

Waited 20 mins for a drink and waitstaff placed it so rudely on the table. Now been waiting for over an hour for food when I’ve spent $100+ dollars. WILL NEVER COME BACK!

Waited over 20mins for our drinks, our food came out first. Then when I approached the bar to ask, the staff were not impressed and brought the drinks to the table dumping them down on the end frustratingly. I am a hospitality worker and even in busy times and under pressure customer experience comes first

Great friendly professional staff ( thank you Adam, Callan, Lisa, Nancy, Abraham) food flavoursome and still hot when it got to the table - stylish yet comfortable fit out. Highly recommended.

The food here is a 10/10 and the staff even better! Always a pleasure coming in especially after the renovations the place is beautiful 😍😍😍

Last Nov we said we wouldn't be back, a rude chef. But since the changes and recommendation from our family we decided to give another go. Glad we did it's so much nicer, decor is lovely.

Just want the menu

Waited 1 1/2 hours for food to arrive. Staff did not keep us informed. I had the battered barramundi which was cooked in old oil. There was a blonde/grey hair in the salad. Overall a crappy experience.
