The fact that no one thanked for my patience after the waiting forever in the lobby, then Waiting even longer for blood work. No one and I mean no one thanked me for my patience.

Everytime I come to my doctors appointments , they are always so sweet at the front desk and my doctor makes me feel comfortable. I have been going here for a few years now and I will be staying here!!
I've been a patient for probably about 15 years...I had a situation and then the flu that caused me to reschedule my most recent visits. Today I received a letter in the mail discharging me from the practice without prior warning or notice. It's inconvenient but it's okay because I don't need to be where I'm not wanted. I've been there longer than most of the staff! Good bye and good riddance!!!! I'm sure there are better out there.... I hate that I've needed to see the doctor so often in recent years. Hopefully I'll find a more proactive pcp going forward. It really hasn't been the same since Marika retired and it was hard to see Dr. Ganzman cuz everyone preferred him.
Very bad experience. Horrible front desk people who hate their lives. They know nothing about customer service. I specifically asked if my lab test is covered by my insurance or not and they said at the time of service that it is covered. Then i get a bill of 1038$ few months later. While my friend did the same lab test with the same insurance and paid NOTHING for the lab testing. When i call them, one of the front desk people her name is (cherry) said “this is not covered by my insurance and i don’t have time to talk with you about this”. They lie and are so rude/arrogant over the phone. ZERO recommendation to that place.
Very upsetting situation. i received notice that i got discharged from the office due to missing few appointment's. How they can discharge someone like that without warning . I am on disability, 58 years old and do not have a doctor as of right now because of them. Just to add to my comment . Doctors are very disorganized what comes to renew my medication . I had to remind to them all the time,
Worst doctors visit ever. A prison has more interest in thier patients than this place. I scheduled a checkup because my health is excessively deteriorating and I know I need medical care. I told them my health issues and they absolutely would not address it. I can’t believe I waited several months for this deliberate indifference. Don’t give them any business they deserve to go out of business. I’m still suffering from the issues I asked for help with.
I can not speak for everyone so I must give at least 3 stars. I love my doctor and have had good experiences with the front desk but today I received a phone call from a female named Robin and she was very mean with me on the phone. Robin called to confirm my appointment but would not even let me speak before she attempted to hand up on me. I was only trying to explain that I needed to reschedule. She should not be able to talk to people this way.
