I’ve been working with Jasmine on my apartment search and she’s made the whole process so smooth. With my hectic work schedule she’s been extremely helpful and answers any questions or concerns I have in a timely manner. She’s one of the best leasing agents I’ve ever worked with.

I've only lived here a month and a half, but so far, every staff member I've come into contact with has been extremely helpful and courteous. Thank you for making this a great place to live. As for the location and other residents, I've found the following to be true: the location, while right off of a busy highway, is quiet and serene. There is a lovely duck pond and the ducks wander about the tree-filled property, completely at ease. My neighbors are quite people who mostly keep to themselves, but are always friendly when I run into them. My apartment is spacious enough for me and my son to keep out of each other's hair and clean with no bugs. Overall, this has been a very positive experience to date.
Good for the price, but you get what you pay for. Shower water will abruptly get hotter or colder while showering, the dishwasher they have installed is basically useless, and there's a bunch of switches in my room that do turn anything on or off. It seems like there's supposed to be ceiling lights, but my unit didn't come with any. On the positive side, the walls are very thick, I never heard my neighbors when they were inside. The doors are thin, so someone directly outside you'll be able to hear, but I never had issue with people inside. The pools are a mixed bag, some of them are nice, but they never cleaned the one nearest me and at some point they just permanently closed it. Really, the worst part is the clientele. 95% of people there were perfectly nice, but every now and then you'd get someone like the really creepy guy who moved in next to me. It took them way too long to throw him out, considering he and his friends trashed the place, knocking the door knob off and destroying the balcony. There's also the guys who drive by blasting music at like 3 AM, but I suppose you'll get that anywhere. Also, it pretty much always smells like weed outside, but that's less of a problem if you're contributing to it.
Do not. Do not move here. If you like hot water, do not move here. We have had our hot water shut off multiple times in the last month alone. We are starting the new year with no hot water. Most of the time you get no warning. You're just cooking fish and suddenly you can't wash your hands. And you can't get help on the weekends because they have their phone number UNREACHABLE. Literally, it says this line has been disconnected, BUT ONLY OUTSIDE business hours. This whole complex needs to be emptied, and ripped apart and rebuilt from the pipes up. Seriously.
My heat has been broken for the last three weeks, and they have yet to have it fixed or even looked at it thus far. I haven’t been able to live in a place I’m paying to live there. Between that and the roof that caved in after it rained which also took them months to fix. When my lease is up I will not be signing a new one.
