Great Great experience there. Paul was very knowledgeable and understanding. Answered all my questions. He seems like a great people person, just knows how to handle different situations and is very friendly. I've dealt with sales people before and some can be pushy and can notice they don't truly care and just want to sell the most expensive sets etc. Paul listened to me and pointed me in the right direction. Felt like I knew him for years, and that made me feel good and comfortable and had enjoyable time. Thank you Paul. Must of been doing this for years.

My wife and I had a great experience at the Fort Lauderdale location. The store manager Kristo, was excellent in his presentation and expertise in his products. Installation by their technicians went well, with all being installed within 1/1.5 hrs.

Stopped in here for the first time to see what kinds of outdoor kitchen options they had. Sajad and Juan were both very helpful in showing us different features and answering our questions while also letting us browse the store separately. We ended up purchasing a kitchen and Juan worked with us to make sure it had all the features we needed for a price we were happy with. I can’t speak to the product itself yet or the delivery and set up as i just placed my order but I’ll add a second review once I receive it. Service in this store was good and it’s a great place to stop by if your looking for outdoor ideas.

We were on our way to Home Depot to look at paint colors. We saw Paradise Grills and just decided to drop in for a minute to look around. We were greeted by Chris. Chris gave us an overview of their grills and outdoor kitchens and pointed out the quality as well as the improvements that they have made over the years. I don't often make quick spontaneous purchases but I was so impressed by what I saw and heard that I purchased the St. Croix model on the spot. Chris is an excellent sales person balancing providing information with also giving us space to explore the showroom.
