Really thorough, detailed care. Dr. Koushik cares about his patients and even gave me a free visit when I complained of post-op pain and I was transitioning between insurances.

Dr. Leena Shah is the best! Each time we have met, she has provided thorough examinations and has shown genuine concern. I’ve had nothing but great encounters with her.

No digital payment accepted. No receipt of payment as well as no idea of costing. Rs 2000& 3000 per visit charged By Doctor which is not berable any patients. Also not good quality of Nursing.. Not Recommend to refer this 🏥.

My father is being regularly treated here, Dr Kaushik is gem of good person but his entire administrative staff, front desk and specif9cally person handling mediclaim is worst. they are treating patient's relatives worst then a government hospital will do. Mediclaim processing executive is good for nothing, we have beg him just to send a pre authorization form to TPA and insurance companies. he is not aware about the process and have lethargic approach towards his own work, he use to sleep in a day time being on duty, not responding well and the lady cashier sitting next to him also has attitude problem, she told us that if you have any issues then why are you coming to this hospital. they don't know that their salary is coming fro hard earned money of the patient. Only because of Dr Kaushik Shah we are visiting this hospital else would not prefer this hospital at all and that too because of above mentioned hospital staff only.
