I was happy with Dr Kanna herself, but very dissatisfied with office staff. After my first visit, I waited for over 30 minutes to be scheduled. When I finally went up to the desk, the scheduler had forgotten that I was waiting. Once I was scheduled, I got a text message (no phone call) about a month later that my appointment was cancelled. When I called to re-schedule they reported that it was a technical error and that my appointment remained. A few weeks after that, they called to cancel and reschedule my appointment. Lab orders were never sent to the location I requested. I had to call back to have orders sent, and upon that phone call I was notified that they are no longer in network with my insurance and my visit would not be covered. The dr herself was very nice and attentive, if you ever actually get to see her.

DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU TAKE MEDICATION YOU NEED: Definitely won't be going back to this Dr. I was out of my thyroid medication going on a week because they won't refill my prescription when my pharmacy put in for a refill. I get it they want me to schedule another appointment, but at least in the meantime refill my prescription. It's not like it's a narcotic. It's a thyroid medicine for God sake. My primary care Dr fills it no problem. And when I called them and told them I would find another Dr the receptionist didn't even care. What a joke.

Very unprofessional, hard to get in touch with when you try to call. Would not see me on my 2nd visit because I didn't bring my glucose chart. When I explained it was because I was out of test strips her office person said she would call in a prescription for me. That took a month. After several attempts and a couple of voice messages I finally got a call back, the perception was called in 5 days before my appointment!!!! I have changed doctors. I cant believe that a doctor would not see a patient to at least go over the blood work that she ordered.

Dr. Khanna is a great listener. She is very knowledgeable and understanding about my thyroid condition. She has been the best endocrinologist I have seen. The office staff is very nice also, and the appointments don't take too long. The only negative is you get so many appointment reminders.

She is a Diabetes Specialist she has helped a family to control thier numbers . Dr Khanna also set them up with libre 2 a device that monitors blood sugar 24 hrs and alerts you to high or low numbers . This has really helped with their health.
